Welcome to our discussions! We are glad you’ve stopped by. We believe that creating a space and platform for meaningful questions and discussions is important in our search for truth and meaning.
At Mt Carmel, we have two ongoing discussions which we hold over the course of the year – Alpha Course and Christianity Explored.
Alpha is designed to present Christianity and Christian beliefs in an open and interactive way while Christianity Explored is designed to explore the person of Jesus in greater detail through the Gospel of Mark.
Alpha
If you have questions about the Christian faith, or are curious to explore what we believe and why, we invite you to join our Alpha course. Alpha provides a safe and open space to ask questions, share thoughts, and learn more about the foundations of the Christian faith.
Alpha is also a meaningful platform to invite your FRANs—Friends, Relatives, Associates, and Neighbours—who may be seeking answers or interested in understanding Christianity.

Christianity Explored
Here at Mt Carmel, we also use the Christianity Explored course to dive deep into who Jesus is. Combining a short film with guided discussion, Christianity Explored helps you engage directly with what Jesus said and did. Explore his identity, his mission, and the invitation he offers in a way that’s clear, grounded, and open to everyone.
