Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 will be held on Sunday, 25 May 2025 at 10.00 a.m. in the Hope Sanctuary, Clementi Bible Centre.

Important Notes:
• A member of the Church may only vote by appointing the Chairman of the AGM (Chairman of the Board Of Elders, Elder Kelvin Teo) as the member’s proxy to vote at the meeting. This is done by depositing with the Church an instrument of appointment, also known as the Proxy Voting Form, which has been embedded into the registration link below and enabled for only communicant members to vote. Upon submission, the combined Registration and Proxy Voting Form will be automatically sent to [email protected]

• A member can only vote at the AGM by submitting a completed Proxy Voting Form not later than 19 May 2025, 2359 hrs.
• Members who do not have an email will receive the Registration/ Proxy Voting Form by post, and will have to mail the completed form back to: AGM Secretariat, Mount Carmel BP Church, Clementi Bible Centre, 152 West Coast Road, Singapore 127370. It must reach the church office not later than 19 May 2025, 2359 hrs.

• After the Proxy Voting Forms are submitted and counted, the Chairman will announce the results during the AGM.

• Questions relating to the agenda will be addressed by the Church leadership in-person at the AGM. To provide sufficient time for a response to be prepared, we would be grateful if you could please provide your questions by email to [email protected] by no later than 19 May 2025.

Please be advised that the proxy form voting system, as prescribed by law, is an open voting system. We understand that members may have concerns about the secrecy of their votes cast at the forthcoming AGM. Secretariat will ensure that the secrecy of members’ votes will be preserved and secured to the fullest extent possible.
