A member of the Church may only vote on items 3\, 4\, 5 and 12 above by appointing the Chairman of the ACM as the member’s proxy to vote at the meeting. This is done by depositing with the Church an instrument of appointment\, also known as the Proxy Voting Form\, which has been embedded into the registration link below and enabled for only communicant members to vote (non-members can only register) by 30 December 2025. Upon submission\, the combined Registration and Proxy Voting Form will be automatically sent to church@carmel.sg \nhttps://form.jotform.com/mtcarmelsg/acm2026reg \n2. Attendance at the ACM (including Q&A) will be in person only. All communicant members are strongly encouraged to be present at the ACM. \n3.
