DESCRIPTION:Join OASIS for “Love Our Legs”\, a special talk and exercise session led by Pastor James Lee\, founding pastor of Bread of Life Church. \nPastor James will share his personal journey of experiencing knee pain from a young age and how he recovered through physical therapy. Drawing from his experience\, he has developed an exercise programme called “Love Your Feet”\, which he hopes will help others who experience knee discomfort. \nCome learn from his experience and discover practical ways to care for your legs and knees.
