DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 will be held on Sunday\, 25 May 2025 at 10.00 a.m. in the Hope Sanctuary\, Clementi Bible Centre. \nDate: Sunday\, 25 May 2025\nTime: 10.00 a.m.\nVenue: Hope Sanctuary\, Clementi Bible Centre \nAgenda:\n1. Determination of Quorum\n2. Scripture Reading and Prayer\n3. Passing of the 2025 ACM Minutes\n4. Passing of 2024 Directors’ Report and Audited Accounts\n5. Update on Phase 4A\n6. Q&A\n7. AOB \nImportant Notes:\n• A member of the Church may only vote by appointing the Chairman of the AGM (Chairman of the Board Of Elders\, Elder Kelvin Teo) as the member’s proxy to vote at the meeting. This is done by depositing with the Church an instrument of appointment\, also known as the Proxy Voting Form\, which has been embedded into the registration link below and enabled for only communicant members to vote. Upon submission\, the combined Registration and Proxy Voting Form will be automatically sent to church@carmel.sg \nhttps://form.jotform.com/mtcarmelsg/agm2025reg \n• A member can only vote at the AGM by submitting a completed Proxy Voting Form not later than 19 May 2025\, 2359 hrs.\n• Members who do not have an email will receive the Registration/ Proxy Voting Form by post\, and will have to mail the completed form back to: AGM Secretariat\, Mount Carmel BP Church\, Clementi Bible Centre\, 152 West Coast Road\, Singapore 127370. It must reach the church office not later than 19 May 2025\, 2359 hrs.\n• Members who require assistance with online registration and voting should contact the church office at 6779 5077 or church@carmel.sg\n• After the Proxy Voting Forms are submitted and counted\, the Chairman will announce the results during the AGM. \nQuestions\n• Questions relating to the agenda will be addressed by the Church leadership in-person at the AGM.
