DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Annual Congregational Meeting (ACM) 2026 will be held on Sunday\, 4 January 2026 at 9.00 a.m. in the Hope Sanctuary\, Clementi Bible Centre. \nDate: Sunday\, 4 January 2026\nTime: 9.00 a.m.\nVenue: Hope Sanctuary\, Clementi Bible Centre \nAGENDA \n1.   Determination of quorum\n2.   Scripture reading and prayer\n3.   Adoption of minutes of Annual General Meeting held on 25 May 2025\n4.   Passing of 2025 Annual Report\n5.   Election and Re-election of Session Members \na. Jerry Ng (re-election)\nb. Adrian Wong (re-election)\nc. John Calvin (election)\nd. Joel Chia (election)\ne. A member of the Church may only vote on items 3\, 4\, 5 and 12 above by appointing the Chairman of the ACM as the member’s proxy to vote at the meeting. This is done by depositing with the Church an instrument of appointment\, also known as the Proxy Voting Form\, which has been embedded into the registration link below and enabled for only communicant members to vote (non-members can only register) by 30 December 2025. Upon submission\, the combined Registration and Proxy Voting Form will be automatically sent to church@carmel.sg \nhttps://form.jotform.com/mtcarmelsg/acm2026reg \n2. Attendance at the ACM (including Q&A) will be in person only. All communicant members are strongly encouraged to be present at the ACM. \n3. Members who do not have email access will receive the Registration/ Proxy Voting Form by post\, and will have to mail the completed form back to: ACM Secretariat\, Mount Carmel BP Church\, Clementi Bible Centre\, 152 West Coast Road\, Singapore 127370. It must reach the church office not later than 30 December 2025\, 2359 hrs. \n4. Members who require assistance with online registration and voting should contact the church office at 6779 5077 or church@carmel.sg \n5. Any other matter to be raised for discussion at the ACM should be submitted in writing to the church office by Tuesday 30 December 2025. All substantial questions will be addressed by the Church leadership in-person at the ACM. \nPrivacy Assurance Statement \nPlease be advised that the proxy form voting system\, as prescribed by law\, is an open voting system. We understand that members may have concerns about the secrecy of their votes cast at the forthcoming ACM.
